Sergeant Tim Holmes

Sergeant Holmes has been with the Nisswa Police Department since 1996. He coordinates the Safe and Sober Program and other grant projects. Holmes is an active member in the community as a member of the Nisswa Volunteer Fire Department and also was a downhill ski coach for the Brainerd High School till 2008. In 2002 Holmes became a member of the Crow Wing County Tactical Team.

Officer Jason Boelter

Officer Boelter joined the Nisswa Police Department in 1997. He worked with the Dillworth P.D prior to coming to Nisswa. Boelter is active with the Nisswa Police Reserves and Nisswa Elementary School programs. He also plays an important role in the summer Safety Town program. Boelter is also the Nisswa liason officer for the Lakes Area Drug Investigation Division.

Officer Luke Hamilton

Officer Hamilton joined the Nisswa Police Department in December of 2003.

Officer Brandon Rothwell

Officer Rothwell joined the Nisswa Police Department in 2002. He is a graduate of Crosby-Ironton High School. Before joining the police department, Rothwell was a jailer for the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Department. Rothwell enjoys hunting, fishing, and boxing.

K9 Bear joined the Nisswa Police Department in 2004. He is certified in narcotics detection and is also used for tracking. K9 Bear died November 11th 2006 of cancer.
